Completed applications will be processed in the order in which they were received. A submitted application does not guarantee approval and follow up documentation may be requested. Applicant is authorizing TN Rentals and any affiliates to perform a background and credit check. Information obtained from these reports may be used in determining your rental eligibility.

An approved application will remain in our database for 60 days and will allow you to be eligible for any of our other properties that have the same qualifications. If the original home you applied for becomes rented you will be in line for any other units that become available within the 60 days without having to pay an additional application fee.
